Hero image loading is too slow. Thus it's needed to implement this kind of technique.
Learn and expriment

Prepare at least 4 photos for Home, Contact, About and Blog.

Improve contact form with success/error message

I might need another page specified for portfolio.

But at least the portfolio section at home page need to highlight Saikou as the primary.

The navbar should be changed into a hamburger button at sm breakpoint and below.

Create a more dashing experience to leave a better first impression. I think some animation can be utilized for this.

The story at the intro and about seems a bit lacking.

Tell some story about the stack you've used on the about page. It will at least increase the likeliness of those stacks becomes keywords that relevant to your identity.

If you can't seem to find what is lacking. It's better to stick with the simpler one. See the reference book for building a dev portfolio (Josh Comeau).

Currently the image is all the same as the home page.

Implement blog page contents. You might need to have multiple posts which managed with React Router.

Create a more dashing experience for the home page. Maybe with some animation using GSAP. I believe it will worth it. First impression is important after all.
