Quash hangs when running "quit" command in background
It's stupid but it's a bug
Implement execvp
IPC between jobs and commands
- Piping between commands
- I think I got background jobs done
- Passing in / catching stdin and stdout for file input and output / pipes

Environment Variables
- Implement separate parsing algorithm for env var strings ($VAR, VAR=VALUE, VAR=$VAR)
Factor into all commands that take Strings as arguments
- execvp (binary and args)
- echo
- pwd
- cd
- export
- file input, output, and append?
