DG Arrows are angled in a way that does not look pleasing. Should use right angles or straight lines.

John Doe already exists in the contact, but edits to a separate contact named 0 to John Doe was allowed in contacts tab, but upon returning to home screen the change was not recorded. Perhaps an error message would be appropriate.

Multiple People Added With Same Fields Except Name, Suggestion to have a new Unique Identifier like NRIC

It is possible for more than 2 people to have the same phone number, same address, and same email. In that case I feel that it is more appropriate to have a separate unique identifier that is not the name, as it is possible for someone to have the same name as another, and circumstances that allow them to have the same phone, email and address. Perhaps a new unique identifier such as NRIC or passport number (which is guaranteed to be different for everyone) may be more appropriate

The minimum amount of space this app takes up is more than half of the screen

As a consultant or financial advisor, I may need to view a lot of documents at the side which makes it inconvenient due to the inability to minimise the screen further.

Address Field is too flexible with its input validation

I was able to put an emoji into the address field, which is unexpected. It lacks a proper handling (blocking or warning) for potentially invalid inputs.

Glossary does not include some terms or jargon in both the UG and DG such as: Yearly Premium, Commission, Insured Value, Insurer,

Editing a contact with the same fields does not result in an error

It shows successfully edited even though it simply overrode the previously written fields with the same details. An error message to show that the fields are the same could be useful for a financial advisor if they have a large mass of contacts to edit and were careless about using the same fields again.
