Value proposition

As someone who loves art from different countries,
I want to be able to use the website in various languages
So I can understand the art and learn about the artists.

Description

We want to make our website friendly for people all around the world who enjoy art. This means we need to add a feature that lets users choose their preferred language. When they pick a language, the website should show everything in that language. This will make it easier for them to enjoy the art and read about the artists, no matter where they're from.

Acceptance criteria

The website should show options for English, Russian, French, and German.
When someone picks a language, the website should change everything to that language.
We also need a way to automatically translate new text that comes with uploaded images.

Learn about react-i18next by reading its documentation here.
Come up with a plan for automatically translating text that comes with new images.

Our project relies on various external libraries and packages to function. To maintain a secure and well-maintained codebase, we aim to implement Dependabot, a tool that automates the process of checking for and applying updates to our project's dependencies.

Acceptance Criteria

Dependabot is configured to monitor the project's repository for dependency updates.
Automated pull requests are created when updates are available, following the specified configuration.
The team is notified about new Dependabot pull requests.
The team agrees on a schedule or workflow for reviewing and merging Dependabot pull requests.
Documentation is updated to inform the team about the Dependabot integration and the agreed-upon process for handling updates.
