If I have a comment like this

it will load them and add css files I don't want.

如上文件，import 绝对路径 到这个url了：
http://host.com/css/pjt/site/page//css/comp/cang_pc/ui.css?_=1367060676713

应该是这样才对
http://host.com/css/comp/cang_pc/ui.css

当css文件里的@import url( ../common/base.css );写成这种格式时出来的请求成这样了:
/%20../common/base.css%20?_=

str 没有trim

解析 /static/index.css 这样的相对路劲错误

开启css auto reload后，css文件改变后自动加载css而不是刷新整个页面，这个太棒了。同时我也发现了一个问题，开启后，如果打开Chrome Devtools修改css时，css无法生效，元素不会有任何改变，这个bug比较影响调试，希望能修复它。

不能跳过客户端缓存。
