strip down version of Fast ai implementation of SSD multiple object detection Trying to remove all the abstraction of fast.ai learner , Dataloader class, for simply understanding algorithm. since this code doesn't includes bells and whistles of fast ai library , obviously we sacrifice performance and accuracy.
