Yes, that's true: when you listen to a subscription, this library automatically creates a topic with the same name. That's a choice we've made here because we like to have the same name for both subscriptions and topics. But it does not necessarily make sense.

We could bring the ability to give another name for the topic, but I can't say when we'll add this feature 😕
