build failed because of missing "docflex" zip

Hi.

I was trying acs-community-packaging and got the following error:

Description

build failed because of missing "docflex" zip

Steps to reproduce:

Change working directory using cd command

cd <path to parent>/acs-community-packaging

Build using mvn command

mvn clean install

Expected Behaviour

All builds success.

Observed Behaviour

Build fails with the following error.

Workaround

It can be avoided by commenting out "public-javadoc" in pom.xml.

6.2.2 SNAPSHOT missing

Hello,

I'm new to Alfresco and I was following the guide at https://github.com/Alfresco/acs-community-packaging

The operating system I'm using is Ubuntu 16.04, I have Apache Maven 3.6.3 and Java 8.

All I did was:

       git clone https://github.com/Alfresco/acs-community-packaging.git

       cd acs-community-packaging

       cd docker-alfresco

       mvn clean install

After running those commands, I run into the error " Failure to find org.alfresco:content-services-community:war:6.2.2-SNAPSHOT".

Any idea on how to fix this? I didn't modify the pom.xml file.

FAIL: Error sending data to server.

I installed Alfresco Community 7.0.1, Docker, when I go to the users under Authorization Status appears label.authorization.status.null to all users, and when click on the green key under Action get a Fail message saying Error sending data to server. I'm in Brazil, so the images show Portuguese Lang.

(Failure: 500) and then (Failure: 403) on uploading a file with proper folder access

I am using the latest version of all images, prior to this I have also tried the exact versions listed in the docker-compose file. I get the same error with both configs while trying to upload a file to any directory. I mostly get 403 with nothing in logs but when I get 500, this is what I find in logs. Someone here suggested to change change the version to a specific version but if it had been fixed, it should also be fixed in the latest version.

POST request not working on 2019.11 GA

We have configuration based on alfresco 2019.01 with kerberos, docker compose. It is working quite nice. After upgrade to 2019.11 with SSO turn on POST requests are rejected by 500 status.

When you disable SSO, all type of requests are working. We finally did a didn't switch to newest version. To have kerberos SSO still working.

"Failure 403" while file uploading

Hello. I use docker-compose file from acs-community-packaging/docker-alfresco/test/docker-compose.yml, and I have error 403 when trying to upload file to share.

Can you help me with it?

Dockerfile - VOLUME is missing

Please add following entry to Dockerfile:
VOLUME /usr/local/tomcat/alf_data

Without VOLUME entry, files uploaded by users are getting removed whenever docker image instance is removed/recreated.

when I go to Administrative tools -> Users, Alfresco tries to retrieve users using enterprise endpoint:

Hi,
I have tried to build the Dockerfile, but I failed because yum didn't have enough cached data to continue.
I have modified Dockerfile with my proxy configuration:

This is the stacktracke of exception:

One of the configured repositories failed (Unknown),
and yum doesn't have enough cached data to continue. At this point the only
safe thing yum can do is fail. There are a few ways to work "fix" this:

 1. Contact the upstream for the repository and get them to fix the problem.

 2. Reconfigure the baseurl/etc. for the repository, to point to a working
    upstream. This is most often useful if you are using a newer
    distribution release than is supported by the repository (and the
    packages for the previous distribution release still work).

 3. Run the command with the repository temporarily disabled
        yum --disablerepo=<repoid> ...

 4. Disable the repository permanently, so yum won't use it by default. Yum
    will then just ignore the repository until you permanently enable it
    again or use --enablerepo for temporary usage:

        yum-config-manager --disable <repoid>
    or
        subscription-manager repos --disable=<repoid>

 5. Configure the failing repository to be skipped, if it is unavailable.
    Note that yum will try to contact the repo. when it runs most commands,
    so will have to try and fail each time (and thus. yum will be be much
    slower). If it is a very temporary problem though, this is often a nice
    compromise:

        yum-config-manager --save --setopt=<repoid>.skip_if_unavailable=true
