We need CI implemented. We'll use the same system as dilate: circleci.

• Implement circleci in git repo
• Setup circleci project
• Add github badges

• Prep repo for publishing
• Make a github release
• Publish to crates.io
• Make sure all links and properties are valid

The repo is feature complete for morton curves and is ready to be made public.

The current documentation is confusing and doesn't lead the reader to the right parts with ease. I think we need to focus on improving the readability flow with the mindset of a new user.

• Write benchmarks
• If similar libraries are available, compare to them
• Format test results and update README.md

There are loads of good implementations out there. It'd be worth directing people to those where insides is limited.

We could do with a hilbert curve implementation to prove out the flexibility of the current interface.
