Add instructions

I need to add instructions so I don't have to keep relearning how to deploy and stuff with middleman

middleman server to check dev
middleman deploy to push to prod

Make sure CNAME is in source so it's deployed

Fix 404s RE: fonts

Start somewhere here as this was the original design you used.

You will need to create a fonts folder and download appropriate fonts there.
