Using the json file in #1, add settings to change the framerate as well as change the controls to allow for keyboard input, and alternate controller layouts. There should also be antialiasing amount and circle quality.

There are currently 2 threads running in the program, one to check for controller input and another to update the display, but they are green threads which run on the same system thread. Using the multiprocessing module instead of the threading module would resolve this and reduce performance impact.

GPUs without support for antialiasing will have the window turn out completely black. There will need to be a system for checking for support as well as a fallback to disable it.

This file should be automatically created if it doesn't exist already, preferably in the user's roaming settings. It will allow for configuration of the application without any performance impact as this display is designed for streaming games or recording them.
