I cannot reproduce your problem. It works both on device and in emulator. I guess there is something wrong with permissions. Please post your logs.

You need to have Android Studio. Run the game on your device, reproduce crash. Connect device to your pc. Open command line (I assume you're on Windows), use:
$ adb logcat | findstr com.alexbatalov.fallout2cePost your output (it's pretty big).
