Create an express app to replicate the slash commands but using REST calls.
Make sure that the API commands won't conflict with the slash commands.

Create the following list of slash commands for the bot :

• play
• stop
• pause
• loop
• nowPlaying
• playlist
• mute
• progress
• queue
• shuffle
• skip
• volume

Need to add an endpoint to override the main music commands on a bot for a specific guild.
That's to be sure that discord bot users loose control and full control goes back to the web app when needed.
