Vehicle should have 2 front wheels with odometers and one rotate back wheel. So axis of rotation our vehicle should be axis of front wheels!!

LIDAR should scan territory in vision polygonf. It should give us LIDAR_MEASUREMENTS_COUNT count of values, gave us in constructor. Output values should be LIDAR_MEASUREMENTS_COUNT of measurements with RANGE_TO_POINT (from 0 to infinity) and DEGREE_OF_TRUST (from 0 to 1), if DEGREE_OF_TRUST == 0, so we can't use this measurement. Add error model to LIDAR measurements.
