for full functionality I replace two utils from 'kconfig-frontends' with analogs from kernel-source:

still cant mount DEVPTS - seems need some support options?
new script turns all sub-bullets ON.
previous version didn't take that effect... should compare results with prev-configs. It mast be the mostly the same.
