Hi, latest version states a dependency on XrmToolBox 2.2019.6.11.
https://www.nuget.org/packages/AuditHistoryExtractor/

This makes it appear as incompatible in the Plugins Store as the XTB version is currently 1.2019.6.33.

I need export 1record with 1 lastest audit history and export to CSV

Latest update has broken the plugin v2.2021.7.28
Getting a 'The given key was not present in the dictionary' when trying to preview data / export to csv.

Had a brief look at the commit history - looks like the issue could be in AuditHistoryManager.
The GetRecordChanges method is using attributeDetail.OldValue[attribute.Key]. There is no check to see if OldValue contains the key.

After clicking "Get Entities" button, I picked an item from the retrieved list. Then I got this error.

Tried fresh xrmtoolbox install in case the repos is dirty but hit the same error as well.

It seems the metadata manager didn't manage to pull the metadata from the CRM and probably this is a compatibility issue with CRM 2011? That would be great if you can help out please.

There's a version number mismatch between your 'latest' version and the version that gets installed.
XRMToolBox is reporting that (even after multiple 'reinstallations') the installed version is 2.2019.6.12, but the 'Latest version' is 2.2020.1.30

When I extract the contact entity data I am all the Global Option set values are shown as N/A in New Value. What should I do to display the actual option set value.

I am trying to extract (in this instance, the field Account Name (name)) but constantly receive the following error; is there any settings, etc. I can manipulate to avoid said error?

When pulling audit records for Invoice Product, the Audit Records view does not show the Record.

I have just recently come across your tool, when I select any entity, tick the fetchXML radio button and click export, I get around 200+ rows, and in my audit summary view in Dynamics 365 I can see that I have about 5000+ rows.

Please how can I make it export the complete data or is this a limitation in the tool?

I am on the latest version of the audit history extractor and xrmtoolbox.

Because auditHistory.RecordKeyValue is not set in the second foreach, history records where the new value is empty are missing the value of the key. I propose adding the following line just before String newValue = "(no value)";

                auditHistory.RecordKeyValue = recordKeyValue;

Description
While using the Audit History extractor, the Exporting of the data takes too long, and after a while it shows an Error saying "A task was Canceled". This happens since the latest update from last week.

To Reproduce
Select Opportunity in Entity, using the Opportunity Name as the Primary Key field, Filter data using a Personal View (Open Opportunities) and click Export to CSV. Wait for a few minutes until the Error is displayed.

Expected behavior
Finish Downloading the data with a File Completed message in less than 15 minutes.

Preview Data option works correctly. I already re-created a new connection.

This is a cool tool, but it doesn't seem to capture option set values (the extracted file just shows Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OptionSetValue) so I can't use it to solve a problem I have.

Is this intentional or a bug?

Issue: The plugin 'Audit-History-extractor' stops responding when extracting data larger that 200kb

This has been an issue since I have updated to the version 2.2020.12.30 and I am unable to rollback. I have had 1 other developer from my team run into this issue also.

We have already exported 24GB of data from our D365 environment, this version update which is now blocking the last 20GB of data to export.
I am wondering if this is affecting multiple other people also and it hasn't been raised yet?

Any support is really appreciated here!

I really like this tool and I was wondering if you would consider making this tool available inside Power Apps.

For regular users such as legal staff or auditors we normally do not provide the full XrmToolBox to avoid them making mistakes and screwing up the system. Hence I was wondering if releasing this tool as a webresource (so it can be embedded inside an PowerApp) would be something for a future release?

I am finding that although in the advanced filters it shows "assign role to user" when download the audit history for users the "assign role to users" is not appearing. I can see this through the front end but not through this tool.

We are receiving a timeout error and it seems your code need to increase the timeout from 2 minutes, to resolve this issue, can you please respond and let us know if this can be accomplished

After creating the FETCH, and then attempting to export the data from the audit log, I ended up with a csv file that was empty except for the headers. No matter what I do, I get a 1KB file. I'm using VS 2017 and Dynamics v 9.02

When I filter out some data, it seems to extract the correct number of data/records, but the preview isn't working. When I try to export, the filters are no longer applied, resulting in a huge file.

How do i use it ?

I have open it in Visual Stuido 2015 but its giving me error of Startup Project error.
