Enable Profile README

@thoni56, I was trying to create a profile README for the Alan-IF organization, but GitHub didn't automatically detect the repository as matching my profile because I'm logged as @tajmone:

You should probably be able to activate it from the alan-if/alan-if repo main page, using your account, as described in the profile README prerequisites of GitHub Docs:

Note: If you created a public repository with the same name as your username before July 2020, GitHub won't automatically show the repository's README on your profile. You can manually share the repository's README to your profile by going to the repository on GitHub.com and clicking Share to profile.

My understanding is that this would allow the README of this repository to be automatically shown in the landing page of the Alan-IF organization, as if the repository alan-if/alan-if had been created before July 2020.

I just thought it would be nice to have a customized account page showing some text, images and links. Nothing essential, just an added bonus.
