Description of the feature

This feature will allow us to generate PV, generating this document involve adding the present people, adding the important messages and points.

WorkFlow

• Call the bot in a channel and write the title of the meeting.
• Open a Thread inside the channel and saving the Date.
• Start analyzing the messages of the thread.
• When a message has been reacted to, it saves the message.
• When closing the thread it creates a list of each one that entered the command /present.
• Generate a document file with date, title, present people and the important points.

The feature is very important as it will allow members to use discord as a task system, we can use the clickUp API here, the feature involve, adding tasks, showing tasks , notifying people once new tasks has been showed up, changing status of tasks and finally congratulating members once a task has been done
