A webpage which gives us realtime statistics of COVID-19 patients around the globe. One can also look up for statistics both globally and country wise. There is also a section where we can view top headlines. The major tools used were ReactJS, Axios, Material UI and ChartJS.

Clone down this repository. You will need node and npm installed globally on your machine.

Installation:

npm install

To Start Server:

npm start

To Visit App:

localhost:3000

This was learning project and the project goals included using technologies learned up until this point and familiarizing myself with ReactJS, Axios, ChartJs Material UI, CountUp and Real Time APIs.

The app is built with ReactJs for frontend and Axios for API calls. The styling is done using MaterializeCSS, MaterialUI and but the major part includes custom CSS. ChartJs was used to construct BarChart and LineChart based on the data we get from the API calls.
