build fail

I have installed conan correctly and set the [proxies] option correctly so that it can download the required library files normally.
My environment can run projects using conan as package management correctly,

I'm a newbie to conan and cmake ,the above is mentioned just to confirm that my development environment is ok.

I ran into some problems when I tried to build this library, my execution is as follows:

git clone https://github.com/akemimadoka/Cafe
cd Cafe/Core
cmake . -G "Visual Studio 17"

output:

-- Selecting Windows SDK version 10.0.19041.0 to target Windows 10.0.22621.
-- Downloading conan.cmake
CMake Error at CafeCommon/cmake/CafeCommon.cmake:26 (message):
   Failed to download conan.cmake, status code is 6, msg is "Couldn't resolve
   host name"
