Setup

  1. Fork and clone
  2. Create a new Angular app with ng new
  3. Install Angular Material
  4. Think about an app you would want to build. Think about the data it would require. If you can't come up with anything, use amazon.com as an example. Think about what the data of a product would look like.
  5. Use this tool, or similiar, to generate some data. Place this data in its own file and export it. https://www.generatedata.com/
  6. Create a service that allows the retrieval of this data.
  7. Create a component to hold a Material table that will show this data.
  8. Create a column for each property on your data.
  9. Implement sorting and filtering.
