MARKET TO CASH: Market to cash is a cycle where sales representers goes to the market to get orders from the customers, when the customer interested in the product, sales representative gives a quotation to a customer and the customer will gives a purchase order.

ORDER TO CASH: When a company got an order they check for stock availability, if stock is not available in bulk warehouse ,they check for raw materials to build product is enough or not if it is not enough they will inform to purchase department, then purchase department goes to a vendor for a procurement of raw material and gives a purchase order to a vendor then the inspection department checks the quality and quantity of material and on time delivery or not, if it is passed in inspection it will forwarded to manufacturing department and the product start building after completion, inspection team again checks the product for quality if it is passed there also it goes to the bulk warehouse from there to customer, if the product not qualified quality test that product goes to the scrap warehouse and scrapped it, and they store the extracted material in raw material warehouse and reuse it. If raw materials are not passed in inspection, materials will dump into quarantine warehouse, and they inform to purchase department and the purchase department goes to the vendor and asks about the quality of raw materials if the vendor accepts for replace, they replace it otherwise they send it to scrap warehouse to sell or trash.

PROCURE TO PAY: if there is a not enough raw materials to build a product then the purchase department goes to vendor for goods and gives a purchase order, based on payment terms they pay to vendors.

MAKE TO STOCK: Based on the previous forecast orders and demand forecast and sales history they produce products and store it. COMPANIES

PURCHASE ORDERS BLANKET PO If we know the requirements of our required raw materials, we will release a blanket po for a certain time duration instead of releasing monthly we will say the vendor that EX - we need every month this much of qty for 1 year We will prefer for a BLANKET PO we cannot close this po until the time duration is completed SERVICE PO If we need a service people in our company, we will take them based on time and money basis by using service po it is a temporary alignment MACHINERY PO If we need a machine, we release a machinery po, we use machine in our company and pay for it as a rental SUBCONTRACTING PO Allocating our work to somebody else to complete by releasing a subcontracting po VENDOR MANAGING WAREHOUSE PO The vendor will put the material in our vendor managed warehouse if we use that material for production, we will inform to finance department to bill for it (partial invoicing)
