Using cmd or terminal, and type: python -m SimpleHTTPServer 8080 with python 2.7 and python3 -m http.server 8080 with python 3.x

After that, copy link URL of localhost and set into textbox as you see the picture below.

And Click button Check Host to check all file in webservice.

You can click button [Open File] to open file.
Note: You only open in the GUI, and with more two GUI it will error because web service allows only open file once.

You can open file .avi with button [Browse] to open files on your computer. With it, file-open will have a sound, whereas with opening file in web server is not sound.

You can try to explain model in my code. Transfer a lot of bytes or bits in the network with socket library. As like Youtube model.
