In root dir not exists lecense.txt (github not view). Its not comfort.
BSD-like license -- its cool. Not hide this in tree dir.

During debugging there is a problem with position of the instruction in the source code.

It seems that Traps return the position of forward instruction.

I was able to compile the voc port and got in running correctly,
howere on compilation/linking error no return code is set.

When using the compiler/linking in a makefile the execution
will just continue as normal on errors.

In order to get this working I added the following small changes
to the Compiler at the end of the Compile procedure:

IF ORS.errcnt # 0 THEN HALT(1) END;

Link procedure:

IF res # 0 THEN HALT(1) END;

This will print addition text before exiting, but it seems
the underlying system's exit function is not directly exposed.

"REPEAT UNTIL FALSE;" работает нормально.
