I was trying to run aix Alt-clone play book but failed with message "alt_disk module not installed". Can you please provide any solution.

We started an AIX Working Group in the Ansible project to make it easier to collaborate.

It would be nice if the modules in this project would ship with Ansible v2.8 by default.

I am committed to help getting these modules merged, if they follow the normal review process and are sufficiently tested (approved by other AIX users). Since we already have a set of modules proposed in PRs that may conflict with these modules, we may have to discuss the best way forward (and keep compatibility for existing users of this repository).

quick question concerning aix and ansible. i am struggling with editing (add, update,delete) of aix stanza files with ansible. i looked over the lineinfile and blockinfile modules but i it seems they are not the best for this job. any ideas? have you ever done this successfully?

I was able to check on NIM Server that the command hangs, seems due a " missing: root 18612692 8847780 0 14:52:37 pts/17 0:00 /usr/lpp/bos.sysmgt/nim/methods/c_rsh b01avi14553110 "/bin/lslpp -Lcq; echo rc=$?

I'm not a python expert, anyway I did some changes without luck.
