This repository contains the materials for the short course offered at the Society for Epidemiologic Research's Annual Meeting in Baltimore, June 2018. There are two ways to download the course materials. If you are familiar with git/GitHub, simply run the following on the command line:

git clone https://github.com/ainaimi/SER_2018.git

Alternatively, you can download a zip file containing all the documents for the short course by navigating to https://github.com/ainaimi/SER_2018, clicking on the green "clone or download" button above, and downloading the .zip file to your computer.

There are no required readings for the course. For some background reading, students may be interested in the following comprehensive papers:
