clam_lacunarity's Introduction
This program is used to do a lacunarity analysis on a square plot of clams. Once downloaded you can run it with the following command: clamcahoots.py FILENAME GRIDSIZE FILENAME can be an absolute or relative path to the file. GRIDSIZE is the size of the largest box to be used in the sliding box analysis. Written in Fall 2007
