New format:

• Use milliseconds since epoch as filenames
• While populating a list of notes, millis are replaced with incremental count
• When a note is deleted, it's extension is changed to .deleted, it is ignored in list, so that the order of original notes remains consistent
• When a note is deleted with force, it removes the file and disturbs the order of notes

Migration:

• Old names of files are changed

• Previous major release is published
• New major release is published
• Migration readme is added
• Feature is implemented
