Mobile App Support Contract

This Support Contract (the "Contract") is entered into on [Date], between:

1. Scope of Services

The Service Provider agrees to provide the following services for the mobile application (the "App") developed for the Client:

1.1 Supporting Current Features

  • Monitoring and maintaining the performance of the current features of the App.
  • Fixing any bugs or issues that arise in the existing functionality.
  • Ensuring compatibility with new OS updates and devices.
  • Providing technical support to the Client’s team as needed.

1.2 Developing New Features

  • Collaborating with the Client to define and prioritize new feature requirements.
  • Developing, testing, and integrating new features into the App.
  • Providing updates and maintenance for newly developed features.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

2.1 Response Time

  • Critical Issues (e.g., app crash, major functionality not working): Response within 4 hours, resolution within 1 business day.
  • Major Issues (e.g., significant bugs, performance issues): Response within 1 business day, resolution within 3 business days.
  • Minor Issues (e.g., minor bugs, cosmetic issues): Response within 3 business days, resolution within 7 business days.

2.2 Availability

3. Compensation
