Add ASDW keyboard controls

Allow movement with asdw keys as well as arrow keys.

`npm install` step missing from contributing.md

Without npm install running, npm start errors, so we should explicitly add the instruction. Probably to the readme.md doc as well.

@ahl389 I hope this is okay to open an issue. I read the contributing guidelines and it didn't mention opening issues, but this seemed like a safe one. I'll go ahead and push the branch with the fix and create a PR too.

I have another one I'd like to open and fix too, but want to get your feedback on the process first.

Adding Portals

When the avatar lands on a portal, they automatically jump to a sister portal in another segment of the board.

Save game/account

Need a way for players to save their game or need to create user accounts

Need More Levels

Currently only have three levels, and we need a ton more! The levels file has an object with all the levels. Each level is an array of boolean values: true is a tile, false is a space.

Enhancing Tutorial

The tutorial should have more detail, including visual detail.

Space/Enter for buttons: Begin Game, Next Level

Allow Space or Enter key to trigger buttons 'Begin Game' and 'Next Level'

Monsters should only be generated on tiles

Sometimes monsters are generated onto empty space. They should always start on a tile.

Add text for when player has only a single life remaining

Right now if a player loses two lives, the text displays as follows:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Start the game
Lose twice
Notice the first time you lose, the text at top of screen correctly shows "You have two lives remaining" but when you're down to one life, it displays "You have 1 lives remaining."

Expected behavior
Text should display "You have 1 life remaining."

Create End Screen

After all boards are completed, the screen goes blank.

Create an End Screen "You Win!" view for when all boards are completed.

When auto-generated boards are merged in, then this end screen can probably be removed.

Life Line Tiles

Want to add tiles that if moved onto 3x by avatar will:

add additional time (time freeze?)
add an extra life
pause the opposing forces for a moment
cause a color burst in all directions
