Discord Rich Presence for FiveM & RedM
Simple RichPresence, based on the logic of someone (whom I don't remember, sorry) to update the count of players with a global state bag in the rich presence.
The configuration file is located in shared/shared.lua.
Compatible with ESX, QbCore, and standalone (for the standalone version, you need spawnmanager).

🔒 Currently, only the ESX Framework can display the group of a player in the RichPresence. Couldn't find a way to obtain the group of a player on the client side with QbCore.
🔴 Need to completely support RedM, need to find events for joining/leaving the server.
