Today New-CosmosDocument stopped working. It ran fine on one device, and returned "WARNING: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request." on another device.

I even had it running on cloud shell without issues, a few minutes later it just stopped working everywhere.

At first I thought it was different powershell versions, but it wasn't. Even brand new machines get the error now.

All other cmdlets work just fine, so the header and key must be allright.

Document creation from the portal works fine aswell.

When trying to query a collection for documents with a basic query like "SELECT * FROM c" all documents are returned, but queries with clauses like: "SELECT * FROM c WHERE c.Name = @name" and placing a body-json like this:
