新着メールチェック後 54ちゃんねるはエラーを返します。

新着メールのチェック（「右クリック」→「メールのチェック」を使用）時に発生します。54ちゃんが終了すると、2つのオプションが表示されます。「メーラを開く」または「何もしない」の2択です。メールを開く」を選択した場合、54ちゃんは次のようなエラーメッセージを表示します：「選択肢のジャンプ先「メーラを開く」は存在しません。記述ミス？」。

この問題は、"dic02_Event.txt "というファイルにあるこの部分に起因しています。
