This is a project containing all the lab assignments for the "Medical Imaging" course of the 4th year (2nd semester) of the Master in Biomedical Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico, Universidade de Lisboa. The assignments were made using .py scripts.

The group members of this project are:

Setup

Install all the required packages either through your IDE or manually
Add the provided data files to the corresponding "data" subfolders for each lab directory
Run the exercises
The "processed_data" subfolders will store the generated images and plots
