Hi can you give a sample code for uploading file to s3 ..?I tried and I get request timeout error after uploading some 27%...

The likely reason for the failed upload is that your S3 client object is being deallocated. Make sure you are keeping a strong or singleton reference to it for the duration of your operation.
As for certificates, please see AFNetworking's and Apple's documentation about SSL, certificates, and the URL loading system.
