Summary:
This work consists of the design and implementation of an interface that performs automatic control of a DC motor so that it serves for the practice of control theory for students of this subject.
For this project they opted to use economic components for the implementation of the silver to be controlled, and current and professional programming software’s were chosen.
The work stages were carried out in the following way: selection and testing of the electronic components, development of a virtual instrument that controls the plant, construction of the structure, development of a visual user interface, performance testing of the whole system and comparison of the obtained values with those of other sources.
The project offers data on existing artifacts for the creation of the physical plant and also instructions for the programming and use of the virtual instrument.
