Simple POC for Facebook and TikTok API Publishing

This is a simple proof of concept (POC) project demonstrating how to authenticate with the Facebook and TikTok APIs in order to publish content to Instagram. (Please note that TikTok publishing is deprecated in this POC, see TikTok API V2 Introduction).

Prerequisites

  • NodeJS
  • Express
  • Facebook API credentials
  • TikTok API credentials (See the link above)

Installation

  1. Clone the repository to your local machine.
  2. Install the dependencies with the npm install command.
  3. Enter your Facebook and TikTok API credentials in the .env file.

Usage

This project provides an API for publishing content to Instagram via Facebook and TikTok APIs.

To use:

  • Run npm run start to start the local server.
