Download mdk-sdk from a more reliable source
I tried to build gyroflow on Linux, and the build failed because I somehow can't connect to sourceforge. The connection just timed out.

I managed to manually download the file from the GitHub release page, extract to designated path and finish the build. Is it possible to change download source to github, or at least provides a way to configure it?
- Github is generally more reliable, with faster download speed.
- Compare to nightly build, it's more reliable to use a versioned stable release.
mdk-sdk has switched to ffmpeg 6
At least https://sourceforge.net/projects/mdk-sdk/files/mdk-sdk-linux.tar.xz now ships libffmpeg.so.6 instead of libffmpeg.so.5 as build.rs expects.
