Can`t seek fragment when not loaded / cached.
Sometime people wonna seek unloaded fragment eg. from 1hour music :D
Your plugin doesnt do it.
I can seek but i must press mouse button 3-4x :D
But its not very big problem ;p

General plugin very good, you get really respect from me !

Add YouTube URL and Check for new videos not working anymore since September 2023.

I checked the config file and found out that the url saved to retrieve video/playlist details returns a 403 error. Maybe that could be the issue.

I granted access to plugin (youtube say: 'now can close tab') and plugin not recognize me.
Can i pass access_token manually?

When used with long duration tracks the plugin just keep saturate my bandwidth which prevents me from using other applications. I'm actually using netlimiter but sometimes the application fail to limit the brandwith used by the plugin.
That's why I think this feature would be a nice addition to the plugin.

Awesome work dude, I really like to gather my youtube links and playlists in AIMP, however recently I've found out, that some of the links start only buffering, then it just skips them.

For instance:

Any idea on the issue? Or is it me, I'm doing something wrong?
My AIMP version is 4.12

edit: updated to 1.0 from 0.9, now it works!

Hello! How can I download songs instead of keeping it in buffer? I tracked aimp activity while using your plugin with process explorer and it showed that files are written to device\afd. What can I do in your code to download the song and if it's already downloaded then don't download it and just load from directory?

I tried with several youtube links. I got this every time.
Am I doing something wrong maybe?

Youtube music live streams ("radios") growing popularity so I think it would be nice and I and more people for sure would if you add support of that.
It would be nice even if you just add message that plugin don't support it (now it don't throw any errors, nothing showing up etc.).

Maybe you could add the URL of the youtube link to the information tab in the file information?

I have a youtube playlist with more than 3000 songs, but if I try to open it in aimp using this plugin, it open the playlist but not the videos, it keeps like this:

I have a playlist with 2102 tracks. When I use the URL on the plugin in only gets me 1990. If I use an alternative to AIMPYouTube, it gets all the 2102. Is there a way to solve this issue?

Do not open some of the music from YouTube, just skips to the next track until he finds a working one

Big request to the author, please don't change the format of the playlist to address tracks type youtube:// Get, when you export such playlists they can no longer read third-party players, including video.
BTW with the plugin Souncloud too problems stopped taking links

Hello, i have a problem with some of the songs on youtube.
Actually. what i am trying to do is add my favorite playlist from youtube music.

I have logged into google account via plugin, and my account has youtube music premium subscription. The bigger part of the playlist plays fine, but on some songs i get an error:

Is there a known workaround for this situation, or at least an option to silently ignore this error and skip the track?

I have 100+ playlists in YouTube and in Aimp when i choose playlist to add from not all of them are present.

When you open a video, you have a playlist on the right. I name it "dynamic" because it looks short but adds more tracks when you reach last one visible, probably being YouTube Music way of "similar tracks" or "recommendations". Also it seems such playlists are not "real" playlists - even if I save it to my playlists, it has different icon and plugin cannot see it.

Is it technically possible to support such playlists?

I've got a suggestion , for further improvement of the plugin , is there a way to remove tracks that have this kind of error.

Let's say whenever aimp tries to load a track with that kind of error it doesn't show that popup and auto deletes the track from playlist. :) or moves them to some kind of ignore list.

I have a large playlist with a lot of videos. It would be incredibly useful to know what videos are unavailable or cause errors when they are played (often they where uploaded by YouTube Music and have since been replaced by the musician).

I would like to request, or add a statistics section myself, to the plugin that can be sorted to show how many errors occurred playing a video. Or alternatively, add an error message to the playlist item when it fails to play.

As of right now it displays the url instead of the title of the url, looking trough options there is no setting to enable this, it's funny because if you add the URL to exclusions and add it back to a playlist it will have a title.

I have a large playlist with a lot of videos that cannot all be loaded by youtube-dl. This results in a lot of alerts being created that need to be individually dismissed.

Rather than displaying these errors individually, it would be great if the alert included a checkbox to ignore future errors and move them to a log file or section in the plugin settings.

I am interested in contributing to this plugin and implementing this or another feature that resolves this bug if possible.

I open a video and the download speed is really low on AIMP.
The song is reaching the buffer size really fast and the song keeps breaking / interrupting.

I don't see a way to change it.

Plugin add the music name in AIMP but when I play on click, it don't play just transfer to next music and it keep happening forever

I get the next error in AIMP when I try to play a video from Youtube.

I'm using the last versions on AIMP (portable) and your plugin. The error comes from nowhere, even without update, a couple of days before all worked fine. I continue getting the error, even with a clean installation in all my computers.

I did not check "Always use youtube-dl" but my parameters are -f bestaudio

It is an amazing and useful plugin, but when my internet drops I have this stack of errors, I suppose is not a hard problem to fix.
In my opinion, it is better to not see an error and just to switch to the next play.
If someone can help with a fix or with a hint how to fix this, it will be very nice and useful.

Radio capture is disabled when switching to new track in playlist.
Can you add check that if radio capture is on, switching to new track will enable radio capture again?
