Build the subgraph

In order to build the subgraph for chain N to be deploy-ready you mus first run:

yarn pre:codegen:<N> where N can be: polygon, optimism, ethereum, moonbeam and moonbase. And then
yarn codegen

Add support for Candle (chain)

Create `templates` to easily adapt to new chains and new subgraphs.

Add deposits & withdrawals counts to pool schema

Add avg deposit & avg withdrawal

Add default prices if oracle data feed is not available.

Moonbeam currently does not have prices in chainlink oracles. However, it's just a matter of time before they do it. In the time being, we should just add some default values to make the subgraph sync and have an estimate of pricing.

Add github action to deploy subgraphs

All subgraph deployment must be done manually with a private key. Ideally, we should store this private key in secret so it can be accessed by a GitHub action.
It's fine to trigger a redeploy to all deployed subgraphs - as we're maintaining only one code, it'd be good to have all subgraphs synced.
