Index out of bounds issue with sandbox receipt
when using this normally with a sandbox receipt, i got this error.

Diving in a bit, it looks like it was because at the self-cert chain check, it wasn't checking to see if there was a c[1] before accessing it. While in real-life it most likely won't have only one, a sandbox receipt certainly did, so it makes sense to check if there's more than one.
