• Change line-comment style to sticker-like
• Change light pruple to very light orange/yellow (warm), more paper-like
• Add dark mode
• Restyle left column (same font as main text), slightly darker background than main
• When code is contracted, greyout unrelated comment blocks to mark lack of matching with facing code

Windows line endings \r\n aren't handled in the parser, right now.

I've managed to get the parser working correctly locally, except that line numbers are off in the produced documentation. I'm guessing that means my local fixes aren't sufficient. I haven't got enough coherent time these days to work on a fix (although it'd be fun ;)), so if anybody feels like looking at it before I have more time in August, I attach my current local fixed solcco.js (renamed to solcco.js.txt to get around github having a hissy fit) to this issue as a starting point (to diff and see where I think ingestion of OS-dependent line endings should be handled).
