The classes that hold the chart data for months and days need to be created. It needs to be a simple class with a string id, int number, array and string label.

The ChartValue class must have the properties: string id, number value, number timestamp, label: string.

Given a range of dates the DataMerger module should be able to obtain all the available data for that time period.

If the period spans a full month, it should request that month's data and then supplement whatever days are remaining with day data.

When obtaining data with multiple labels, the data merger should be able to fill in missing indexes, discerned either by time stamp or label, with null.

ChartRecord and ChartValue were not properly exported and linked.
