When installing with R 3.6, I've met several errors with .Rd files. Here is one of them:

Error : (converted from warning) /tmp/Rtmp5ObdcG/R.INSTALL2c00352e6c52/mineMS2/man/findPatternsExplainingComponents.Rd:21: unexpected section header '\description'
ERROR: installing Rd objects failed for package ‘mineMS2’

In order to correct those mistakes, could you please add me as contributor. I'll then also be able to upgrade version tag in order to build a new version of the conda package for Galaxy.

The test test_basic_processing() is failing inside function chooseVerticesLosses(), in line:

    vmz <- lf@formula[bloss,] %*% m_atoms

where m_atoms is an empty numeric vector.

--> This one is solved. atoms was a integer vector with atom letters as names instead of a character vector.

I'm making the bioconda recipe for your package.
Which license would you like to choose ? AGPL-3.0 ?
You can set it on this GitHub project too, GitHub proposes you a list of licences to choose from.

When running the following code:

library(mineMS2)
spectra_file <- file.path(system.file("dataset", package = "mineMS2"), "ex_mgf.mgf")
spectra_lib <- ms2Lib(spectra_file)
spectra_lib

I get the following message and error:

An ms2Lib object containing 45 spectra.
It has 0 edges labels.
Error in mm2SpectraInfos(m2l) : object 'm2l' not found
Called from: mm2SpectraInfos(m2l)

Do you have any clue?

I would need a version tag for creating a mineMS2 package in bioconda. Could you set one please ?
