This is a toy project for developing best practice dev package dev skills.

• Refactor code (pep8, Py3 compatible etc.)
• Restructure package (Use toml, maybe py poetry)
• Add configs (gitpod, devcontainer, dockfiles)
• Update arg handling (opt pipe results to stdout)
• Update logging
• Update docs
• Add progress tracking (maybe some fancy ascii animation)
• Add tests pytests and github actions
• Add github action for packaging and push to pypi
• Add summary stats reporting
• Nextflow workflow for seqs --> blast --> pairs
