This app empowers mindfulness practitioners to keep track of daily vow commitments.

Out of a collection of vows, which can range from around five or ten, up into the hundreds, a practitioner takes a few vows (traditionally six) each day on which to focus.

Taking six vows at a time, the practitioner eventually cycles through the entire collection. For instance, if the practitioner keeps 18 vows total, then each day he or she would keep six (1-6 on the first day, 7-12 on the second day, 13-18 on the third day, and 1-6 again on the fourth day etc.).

This app allows a practitioner to store a collection of all his or her vow commitments, cycle through six at a time each day, and take notes on each commitment.

It's called the Little Red Book because in the Mahayana Buddhist tradition, red is the color associated with compassion and for someone to keep his or her conduct through commitments of altruistic action is considered one of the highest, most compassionate practices a person can uphold.
