When the contents of any table cell is edited in design mode, the caret quickly returns to the beginning of the document.

This causes disruption because the user intends to write in the table cell, but during editing the caret changes position, and so unexpectedly the user starts typing elsewhere.

Here is a screenshot of a table and the rest of the UI for context:

I am using this dll in my WPF application. There are no issues while the application is in debug but when the application is released and the, then the languages are not shown.

I just followed you instructions:

It would be def. possible and perhaps even easy to build exe (refactoring this code) that would be able to consume standard hta files... Even html would do to start with ...
