Pull does not pull, probably because I added new dependencies. (Pillow and requests) to dependencies.txt

There are times when a new user might want to see what all of the animations look like. Currently, the only ways to do this are to download the source and run the emulator locally or to actually change the light animation that is being played in the office. Now that we have a web emulator, it would be nice if we could add a 'Preview' button next to all animations. This button would launch the web emulator and run the selected animation.

This repositories has pull requests. I hit pull on intranet/chroma and it says "Already up-to-date." Am I missing something or is it broken?
