If a photo has multiple tags it will have multiple instances of Keyword in the IPTC output.

Unfortunately the current implementation replaces existing keywords them on each occurrence.

Would you accept a pull request that creates an array for Keywords specifically?

Would you accept a pull request? In my usage code I'm doing something like:

var isWindows = process.platform == 'win32'
function removeTrailingCarriageReturnAndQuote(meta, k){
    meta[k] = (meta[k] || "").replace('"\r',"")
    return meta
}

isWindows
            ?
                Object.keys(meta).reduce(removeTrailingCarriageReturnAndQuote, meta)
            :
                meta
