This driver is needed for the Serial output from the -2 PCB

If we end up using the MAX3232 for RS232 to TTL conversion then we can reference this thread:

This will be essential for developing our own libraries as the Millis function could be essential for our SPI and CAN library, but can also be used for the all of the delay functions.

We need to create a library for the onboard hardware SPI (potentially SPI1 & SPI2)

This library should be able to set the internal system clocks to the desired clock speed

Since part of the requirements for this project was to send debug information over a UART connection i think we should create some function (could be StringConvert) to convert a integer value to its corresponding string value

char *convertedNumber = StringConvert(123456); // Converts 123456 => "123456"

or
